We are seeking a caring and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a student in a school setting in Emmaus, PA. This is a full-time, MondayFriday position following the school calendar.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and support throughout the school day

Assist with medical needs such as medication administration, seizure protocols, diabetic care, or mobility assistance (based on students plan)

Monitor the students health status and respond to changes

Maintain clear communication with the school nurse, teachers, and family

Support the student in classroom activities, transitions, and transportation as needed

Document daily care and follow the students Individualized Healthcare Plan (IHP)
Requirements:
-
Active PA LPN license
-
Current PA clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, State Police)
-
CPR/BLS certification
-
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
-
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
