BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school district in the Lancaster, PA area. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and goals

Provide direct instruction and academic interventions in both inclusive and resource settings

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

Active Pennsylvania Special Education certification (or eligibility)

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred
